Tai Chi for Health

In partnership with Age Cymru, our popular twice-weekly classes are returning to the Pavilion. These series of slow, relaxing movements to music provide exercise of mental relaxation as well as physical benefits. Tai Chi can also help to improve balance, core strength and general wellbeing, and is suitable for those suffering with arthritis.
